We want to provide you with the most up to date information we can regarding our work to support Aranui after the February earthquake and as we look to rebuild and recover. We know that the information changes quickly and to avoid communicating the wrong information, the very best way to get the right info and support is to come down to the trust or give us a ring on 03 9637070. We have a number of stuff who are currently on call to support your needs, whether that is with food, health or heating issues or insurance, EQC and repair queries and questions. Even if you just feel like things are too much, please come down and talk to one of our Earthquake support co-ordinators, if they cant help they know people that can. Water Supply
Please use water sparingly

To order a chemical toilet
To place a job for any water /sewage issues from the road (not from the house)
To let the council know you need help with emptying your chemical toilet

Portaloos and chemical toilets
Please use Portaloos during the day and chemical toilets in the evening to assist our very busy workmen who are repairing our sewage / drainage systems.

Christian Worship centre – Cnr of Breezes and Pages Roads opposite the Mobile Petrol Station just down from Dr. Fobby’s
Steve and his team are open Mon-Friday from 10am -2pm

Financial Assistance

Please visit your local work and income office whether on a benefit or not to see if you qualify for any financial assistance or visit your local recovery assistance centre (RAC) in Hampshire street.
